As of January 1st, 2008 BOMA Atlantic has been restructured as BOMA New Brunswick, BOMA Newfoundland & Labrador and BOMA Nova Scotia. This new structure has been created to better serve BOMA members in Atlantic Canada, and to allow for more advocacy and programming on a provincial level.

New Boards of Directors have been put in place in New Brunswick and Newfoundland, chaired by former BOMA Atlantic Board members Tim Doherty (NB) and Kim Saunders (NL). The Nova Scotia Directors of the former BOMA Atlantic Board will continue to serve under Emmit Kelly as BOMA Nova Scotia President.
